How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you provide specialized commercial services such as waxing & stripping, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning?
Unfortunately, we do not at the moment but will in the near future.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes! We are licensed with the State of Florida, bonded through SuretyBonds.com, and insured with Hiscox, Inc. This gives our customers peace of mind.
Do you require cleaning contracts?
No. The Nite Pros do not require contracts. We prefer the simplicity and flexibility of month to month service.
What type of buildings and in what industry do you clean?
The Nite Pros provides janitorial cleaning services for a wide range of buildings, suites, and settings including offices, medical offices, retail centers, data centers, automobile dealerships, banks and financial institutions, daycare and learning centers, fitness centers, and more.
Will I need to supply anything?
No. We supply all labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment for your facility. This includes paper products, soap, and trash liners which can be purchased through us and billed seperately.
How can I pay for service?
Commercial accounts are invoiced on the anniversary of the start of service, unless requested otherwise.
